This site allows potential bidders to easily view bid opportunities posted by the County of Elgin.

To access our bid opportunities, download documents, and register as a plan taker, potential bidders are required to create a system vendor account if you are not currently a bids&tenders™ subscriber. During account creation, it is important to select all commodity codes relevant to your line of business to ensure that your company receives an email notification each time an opportunity is posted within your selected commodity codes. Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.
