| Description: |
The County of Elgin is inviting proposals from Construction Management Firms to undertake the redevelopment of Terrace Lodge Long Term Care Home. The site is located at 475 Talbot Street East in Aylmer, Ontario where the County currently operates the 100 bed Home. The existing LTC Home will remain fully operational throughout the phased addition and renovation.
To be considered for this project, a proponent’s average annual construction value for the past 3 years must exceed $15M Canadian annually. |
