The County invites qualified experienced Contractor(s) to respond to this Request for Tender for the supply of all labour, equipment and materials for the Phillmore Bridge Deck Replacement Project as indicated in this Tender.   Phillmore Bridge is located on Richmond Road (County Road 43) over the Big Otter Creek, 5.43 km north of County Road 45 in the Municipality of Bayham.
