Elgin County is seeking qualified vendors to supply, install, and configure multi-site video surveillance systems across ten (10) County-owned library locations, comprising a total of thirty (30) cameras, with linkage to centralized monitoring at the Elgin County Administration Building. The successful vendor shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, and services necessary to deliver a fully operational video surveillance system meeting the requirements outlined in this Scope of Work.
