The County of Elgin and the City of St. Thomas along with six (6) local Municipalities are inviting proposals to retain the services of a qualified firm who can provide all Agencies with a full service Employee Assistance Program. The successful candidate will work with the Human Resources Department at each Agency in order to ensure employees are receiving the appropriate services. This RFP includes providing an Employee Assistance Program to the following eight (8) municipalities: - City of St. Thomas (includes St. Thomas Library and St. Thomas Police Service) - County of Elgin - Town of Aylmer - Municipality of Bayham - Municipality of Central Elgin - Municipality of Dutton/Dunwich - Township of Malahide - Municipality of West Elgin |
