The County of Elgin is inviting Proposals from qualified Transportation Engineering Consulting firms to undertake an Intersection Evaluation and Prioritization Study for eleven (11) intersections located on the County road network. The study will evaluate the safety and operational performance of each intersection, assess future traffic conditions, identify and evaluate potential improvement alternatives, and develop a prioritized ranking of recommended improvements to support future capital planning and budgeting. |
