The County of Elgin is inviting proposals from Consulting Engineering firms to undertake the County’s compliance with its Stormwater CLI-ECA as part of the Environmental Protection Act. It is the intent of the County to secure an Engineering firm who will be the County’s prime Consultant for the engineering, reporting and facilitation of the first year of its ECA and development of the County’s stormwater management program. |
