The County of Elgin, in partnership with the Municipality of Central Elgin, are inviting quotations from Consulting Engineering firms to undertake the detailed design, contract administration, and inspection of the proposed Seventh Ave. and Belmont Road (CR 74) signalized intersection located in the Village of Belmont in the Municipality of Central Elgin.
The successful firm will possess the requisite technical skills to complete the project and will be required to work directly with County and Municipal staff, the public and other agencies in a professional manner. The firm, in addition to technical qualifications, must exhibit skills such as timeliness, diplomacy, tact, strong communication ability and an understanding of the County. |
